What is the production time from start to finish?
This depends on the scope of work and the product ordered. Iron fences, gates, and railing generally require 4 to 6 weeks. Doors, mailbox stands, window guards, and posts usually require 2 to 3 weeks.

What kind of paint finishes do you offer?
All of our products are coated with an oxidized primer and then sprayed with a tough enamel paint for a professional finish. We also offer powdercoating if so desired. Standard colors are black, bronze, antique green, bronze, and gold. Custom colors can be applied if provided by the customer for an additional charge.

What are your payment policies?
We require a downpayment for deposit with the balance due upon completion of the work. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Our office manager will work with you to meet your financial needs.

What are your warranty and guarantee policies?
We offer a full one-year warranty on all products and services, with professionals to help with repairs and maintenance over the years for a fair and reasonable price.

What scope of work do you offer?
We work with commercial and residential customers on a wide variety of projects; no job is too big or too small. Give us a call and we will be glad to work up a quote for you.

We have been members in good standing with the BBS for over 10 years.

Does your company belong to any other organizations?
We are currently members of the Association of Builders & Contractors and NOMMA, we have worked with the American Fence Association and the National Ornamental Metal Museum in the past.
